We recently completed the sale of our four-building rental portfolio in Lincoln Park!
This is a unique collection of properties at 2642-50 N. Marshfield Ave that you definitely don’t want to miss!
These properties include two apartment buildings, a charming single-family home with a coach house, and a vacant lot, all in one of Chicago’s most vibrant neighborhoods (talk about star power!).
Our fabulous partners at Interra Realty brokered the $3.4 million sale, and a big shout-out is due to Joe Smazal, Interra’s Senior Managing Partner, who represented both the buyer and seller. Joe has been a fantastic partner, and this is the second major deal he’s brokered in Lincoln Park within the last six months.
These properties are extremely close to my heart. They’ve been carefully maintained and professionally managed, ensuring that they remain incredible homes for our tenants. We’ve recently updated the kitchen cabinets, appliances, and common areas, breathing new life into these beautiful homes. Plus, the portfolio includes seven surface parking spaces, green space, and a community seating area in the vacant lot (perfect for gatherings and taking in the outdoors).
What makes this sale even more special to me is the unique opportunity it presented to acquire four adjacent properties on one block. It’s rare to find such a gem in Lincoln Park, and I’m thrilled that these homes will continue to be cherished and well-cared for by their new owners!
